Am I able to get a refund or reschedule my booking?

Please note that we do not provide refunds for the sessions booked.
Indoor golf simulation bookings can be rescheduled via the link provided in the confirmation email sent to you. However, do note that bookings cannot be rescheduled within 12 hours prior to your session.

How do I get to The Par Club SG?

From the Carpark:
For easy access to our space, please park your car at the green zone located in basement 1. After which, take the escalator nearby to level 2, make a U-turn and we are right up ahead!
From the Taxi Stand:
Enter the mall via the entrance at Carls Jr. After which, take the escalator up to level 2, make a U-turn and we are right up ahead!
From the MRT to Marina Square:
City Hall MRT Station (NS25 / EW13), and walk through CityLink Mall to reach Marina Square (turn right and get on the escalator when you see the directional signage indicating Marina Square).

Esplanade MRT Station (CC3), and access Marina Square via our basement integrated walkway - Marina Link which is located just next to Esplanade MRT Station.

Promenade MRT Station (CC4 / DT15), and walk through Millenia Walk to reach Marina Square (exit from Millenia Walk’s entrance facing Raffles Boulevard and get on the escalator to Level 2).

Do I have to pay more if I come with my friends?

All prices are fixed regardless of the number of players. So be sure to bring your friends and family along!
All our bays and rooms are able to cater to 8 players at any one time.

Do I have to bring my own clubs?

You are strongly encouraged to bring your own golf clubs. However, rental clubs are available at $5 or $10 per bag, depending on your preference, and on a first come first served basis. To ensure that you secure a set of clubs for your session, please drop us a WhatsApp message at +65 9011 0142 to check for availability.

Please note that Golf clubs can be provided for children at no cost, subject to availability.

Do I need to arrive earlier?

It is recommended that you arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of your session.

What happens if I arrive late?

Kindly note that we do not provide extensions for sessions booked.

Does The Par Club SG have any age restrictions?

We do not have an age restriction but parental supervision is encouraged.

Are outside food and drinks allowed?

Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed in our premises.
